Return and Exchange Policy

At Swarajya Weaves, we value your happiness and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your order by following our simple process.

When Can You Return an Item?

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers.

How to Initiate a Return

Please share your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting details. Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If an item arrives broken, faulty, or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund if preferred.

(We may request photos to verify the issue.)

Exchanges

Want to swap for another design, color, or size? Contact us, and we will check availability. If the desired product is unavailable, you can opt for a refund instead.

Safe Returns

  • Use a trackable courier service when returning items.
  • Keep the receipt and tracking number until the return is processed.
  • Swarajya Weaves is not responsible for items lost during transit.

Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • After this period, the order may already be in process, and the standard return policy will apply.

Shipping & Delivery Reminder

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on location.
  • Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.
