• After inspecting the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are sent to the same payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return was due to our error.
• The time it takes for money to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What Cannot Be Refunded

• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift vouchers or discount bundles.
